Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 125 g butter
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- Apples, halved, peeled and cored
- 750 g cream
- 100 g sugar
- 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Grease a springform pan and dust with breadcrumbs. Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, 100g sugar, butter, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Roll out the dough and place it in the prepared springform pan (line some of the edges). Place the prepared apples on top of the dough. Make a vanilla pudding with the remaining ingredients and immediately pour it over the apples while it’s still hot. Bake at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 60 minutes (convection oven: about 160°C).
