Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 250 ml water, lukewarm
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 onions
- 1 pack of lean diced ham
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs, size M
- 1 salt
- pepper
- oil
- Caraway, ground
- some nutmeg

how I like him
Make a yeast dough from the first ingredients listed, including the salt, and let it rise for at least 30 minutes. Peel and dice the onion. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion briefly. Add the ham cubes. Whisk the eggs with the cream and season well. Once the onion mixture has cooled slightly, mix everything together. Roll out the dough and spread it on a large (35cm) baking sheet. Spread the onion mixture on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 35 minutes. Serve with a Federweißer (a glass of white wine).
