Blueberry cold soup with milk

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 175 g blueberries (blueberries)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ liter of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Puree half of the sorted, washed berries in a blender or pass them through a sieve. Bring to a boil with the sugar and let cool. Add the lemon juice, milk, and the remaining berries and refrigerate. VARIATION: You can also use strawberries or raspberries instead of blueberries.
