Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 30 g butter
- 2 onions
- 200 g raw ham, diced
- 300 g leek
- 1 liter meat broth
- 125 ml white wine
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat the butter and sauté the diced onion until translucent. Add the diced ham and fry, then add the sliced leek. Deglaze with the meat broth. Once the leek is cooked, add the wine and sour cream and season to taste. Finally, beat in the egg yolk (do not boil). Serve and sprinkle with parsley.
