Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 500 g cream cheese
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 6 cloves garlic
- Salt
- pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes
Peel the cucumber, coarsely grate it, and set it aside. Combine the quark and crème fraîche in a bowl, press 6 garlic cloves (or more, depending on your taste) and add them. Squeeze the cucumber with your hands to prevent the tzatziki from becoming too runny, and add it. Season generously with salt and pepper, add a dash of olive oil, and stir well. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours.
