Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Pasta baked with herb curd
Cook the pasta until al dente, allowing it to continue cooking during the baking process without becoming too soft. Blend the low-fat quark with the milk, egg, and various herbs (fresh chives, parsley, chopped wild garlic, etc. are best) until smooth, adding a little more water if needed. Season with salt, pepper, and granulated stock. Mix with the pasta and pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes until golden brown. This light summer meal goes well with a nice cucumber salad or a delicate tomato salad.
