Spiral pasta with pepper and tomato sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 160 g pasta, dry
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 shallots
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 2 packs of processed cheese, light (corners)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

WW suitable. 5 points per serving

Cook the pasta in salted water. Slice the shallots, dice the tomatoes, and strip the bell peppers. Sauté the shallots in a nonstick pan without adding any fat. Add the tomatoes and bell peppers and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add the processed cheese and a splash of water and simmer until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the pasta with the sauce.
