Frankfurt green sauce – vegan

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of herbs for green sauce, fresh or frozen
  • 1 pot of soy yogurt (yogurt alternative), 500 g
  • ½ jar mayonnaise without egg, approx. 100 g
  • ½ pack of soy cream (soy cream cuisine), approx. 100 g
  • 2 m.-large gherkins
  • 1 large garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 small lemon(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes

Finely chop fresh herbs or chop them in a food processor. The frozen herbs don’t need to be thawed; they will thaw naturally in the mixture. Finely chop the cucumbers, finely dice the garlic cloves, and squeeze the lemon. Then combine all the ingredients, stirring in the lemon juice. Season with salt and a little pepper and let stand overnight. Serve with boiled potatoes or fried potatoes. Fried soy chunks also taste delicious.
