Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 200 g yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 200 g cream cheese (0.2% fat)
- 100 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 10 eggs, hard-boiled
- 4 spring onions
- 1 small can of corn
Instructions

Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, yogurt, and milk. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Finely chop the garlic and add it, then finely slice the spring onions and add them as well. Dice the cucumber and bell pepper and fold into the mixture. Drain the corn and stir it in along with the hard-boiled, also roughly diced eggs.
