Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour, gluten-free
  • 6 g salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml milk, or a little more if needed

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

great for a spaetzle board, quick and easy

Sift flour into a bowl, add eggs, salt, and milk. Stir everything into a smooth dough and let stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, bring salted water to a boil. Using a spaetzle board or spaetzle press, add the dough in batches to the boiling water. When they float to the top, they’re ready.
