Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 650 ml water
  • 20 g salt
  • 30 g egg substitute, e.g. B. from 3 Pauly

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Basic recipe

Whisk all ingredients into a smooth batter until bubbly. Using a spaetzle grater, pour the batter into boiling salted water. Shake the finished spaetzle onto a sieve and let it drain. If you’re planning to use the spaetzle later, you can lightly coat them with a little oil to prevent them from sticking together.
