Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600g spaghetti
- 250 g smoked salmon
- 200 ml broth
- 250 g cream
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- some parsley
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with garlic, spring onions and strips of smoked salmon
Cook the spaghetti. Sauté the sliced spring onions and diced garlic in a pan. Puree 100g of salmon with the broth and cream, add to the pan, and simmer for 5 minutes. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cut the remaining salmon into thin strips and let it simmer in the sauce for 2 minutes. Finally, toss the spaghetti with the sauce and serve.
