  • 250 g smoked salmon
  • 200 ml broth
  • 250 g cream
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • some parsley
  • some salt and pepper

Cook the spaghetti. Sauté the sliced ​​spring onions and diced garlic in a pan. Puree 100g of salmon with the broth and cream, add to the pan, and simmer for 5 minutes. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cut the remaining salmon into thin strips and let it simmer in the sauce for 2 minutes. Finally, toss the spaghetti with the sauce and serve.
