Pasta in cheese and cream sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of cream cheese or herbs
  • Cream or milk
  • 1 can peas or frozen or fresh
  • 100 g ham, cooked

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

For this sauce, I recommend spiral pasta or penne or something similar; in any case, pasta that can absorb the sauce well. Cut the processed cheese into small pieces and put it in a saucepan with a little cream or milk (you can always use milk instead of cream; it’s the lower-fat option) and let it melt over low heat. Then add the peas and the finely diced ham. You can now vary the consistency. Add cream or milk to taste. DONE If you use processed cheese with herbs or ham flavor, or mix cream and herb cheese, for example, the taste will change, but it will all be delicious.
