Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 beef roulades
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 2 bell peppers, green
  • 4 onions
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cut the roulades into strips, halve the peppers, remove the stems and seeds, wash the pods and cut into strips. Briefly place the tomatoes in boiling water, then rinse in cold water, remove the skins and cut the tomatoes into pieces. Peel the onions and cut into strips. Heat oil in a pan and brown the meat in batches. Place the browned meat strips in a saucepan. Add the peppers, onions, tomatoes, soy sauce and stiffly whipped cream, season with curry, salt and pepper and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with any kind of pasta or rice.
