Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g meat sausage, sliced
- 500 g jacket potatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- some clarified butter
- 2 eggs
- ⅛ liter cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 1 bunch of parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Peel the onions, slice them thinly, and fry them in hot clarified butter. Layer the potato slices, onions, and sausage slices in a gratin dish. Mix the eggs with the cream and sour cream, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the layered ingredients. Sprinkle the gratin with grated cheese and bake for about 30 minutes at 175°C. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with salad and white wine.
