Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g potatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for the mold
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • n. B. Herbs of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the raw potatoes and slice them thinly. Peel the onions and clean the leeks, then rinse them with water. Slice the onions and leeks into thin rings and sauté briefly. Slice the garlic and fry in melted butter. Dice the ham. Layer the greased casserole dish alternately with potatoes, onion rings, leek rings, garlic slices, herbs, and the ham cubes. Mix the spices with the whipped cream and pour over the casserole. Sprinkle the mixture with the grated Emmental cheese. Then bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for about 45 minutes, until the cheese is browned (if desired). Serve hot.
