Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g butter
  • 3 tbsp, leveled flour
  • 500 ml water
  • 300 g ketchup
  • lemon juice
  • Condensed milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Make a roux, add water, and stir until lump-free. Bring to a boil. Stir in ketchup and bring to a boil. Add more water if the sauce is too thick. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir in a dash of condensed milk for a finishing touch. Serve with pasta sprinkled with grated cheese or with fried sausage cubes.
