Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 apples
- 200 g celery
- 125 g walnuts
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- Sauce (Cumberland)
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
- 1 slice(s) apple
- Sugar
- 1 jar brandy
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the apples and slice them into strips, along with the celery. Mix with the chopped nuts, mayo, and seasoning. Fill the center of yellow bowls and arrange parsley around the salad. Place a sugared apple slice on the salad, pour the brandy over it, light it, and serve. Chopped sweet almonds can also be used instead of walnuts.
