Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 jar fish(s) (Bismarck herring)
- 3 beetroot, vacuum packed
- 1 apple
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 gherkin(s)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 tsp dill, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes
Bismarck herring, with a twist
Chop the herring, beetroot, and apple into small pieces, finely slice the gherkin, and mix everything with the onions. Mix the mayonnaise and cream with the dill and pour over the herring. It tastes even better the next day!
