Pirate special pot

Cook the meat in a little water (use canned corned beef or fresh corned beef). Dice it finely. Boil the potatoes in another pot with a little salt, drain, and mash them. Briefly fry the meat in hot lard with the chopped onions and chopped herring fillets, stirring constantly. Then mix with the mashed potatoes and season with pepper and nutmeg. Add the required amount of beef stock (about 1/4) to make the mixture quite smooth. Fry the fried eggs. Serve the Labskaus on plates, top with the fried egg and a cucumber next to it. Serve the beets in a salad bowl.
