  • 1 kg apples
  • 150 g bacon, streaky
  • 40 g margarine
  • 1 ring/s black pudding, cut into 1 cm thick slices
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Peel and wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender. Drain the water and mash the potatoes finely as soon as possible. Peel and core the apples, cut them into pieces and boil them in water until tender. Cut the bacon into small cubes, fry over high heat and heat until golden brown. Place the potatoes and apples in a saucepan, stir with a whisk and bring to a boil. Season with salt and sugar. Sprinkle the bacon over the mashed potatoes. Melt the margarine in a frying pan and fry the black pudding, sliced ​​1 cm thick, on both sides. Arrange the “Heaven and Earth” on plates and serve with the fried black pudding.
