Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 sachet of dry yeast
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tbsp, levelled sugar
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 bag of mixed herbs, frozen, (approx. 60 g)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Combine flour with yeast, sugar, and salt. Add the herbs and one egg, and slowly stir in the water. Knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. Form into small balls (approx. 4-5 cm in diameter). Separate the second egg. Whisk the egg yolk with a little water and brush the rolls with it. Bake on the middle rack at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
