Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 onions
- 500 g meat sausage
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- pepper
- Aromat
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with meat sausage
Grate the potatoes and onions. Dice and fry the meat sausage, except for one piece, then add it to the potato mixture. Add the eggs, mix everything together and season well with the spices. I then place the remaining meat sausage in slices on top so that it is a visual treat. Put everything in a greased casserole dish and bake at 200°C for about 1.5 hours. We like to eat it with canned pears. Alternatively, you can also skip 250g of smoked meat and add that in too, but I only ever use smoked meat or meat sausage and meat sausage is our favorite. It is important that the meat sausage is browned, otherwise it won’t taste good.
