Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 pack of herb melted cheese
- 1 pack of herb cream cheese
- 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
- marjoram
- Thyme
- Parsley
- Chili salt or regular salt
- pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel the potatoes, chop them into small pieces, and cook them in the vegetable broth until tender. Then add the processed cheese and cream cheese and puree or blend the soup. Season to taste with herbs and spices and serve. Some may also like to add Vienna sausages, which you can also chop up. The result is the most delicious and creamy soup, and kids love it.
