Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of savoy cabbage
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cups plant-based cream (Plant Cream Cuisine)
- nutmeg
- oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Sauté the onions in oil until translucent. Roughly chop the savoy cabbage and add it to the onions along with the cream. Cover and sauté until tender. Puree and season with salt and nutmeg.
