Flatbread topped with garlic cream cheese, tomatoes and feta

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ flatbread(s)
  • 150 g garlic butter
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 12 m.-sized tomatoes
  • ½ pack of feta cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Mix half of the softened garlic butter with the cream cheese and set aside. Halve the flatbread and slice like a roll, so you have 4/4. Fry these quarters one after the other on both sides in a pan with the remaining garlic butter until golden brown and let cool slightly. In the meantime, wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and slice them. Now spread the flatbreads generously with the cream cheese and butter mixture and arrange the tomatoes on top like roof tiles. Also thinly slice the feta and cover the tomatoes with them. Then place everything under the grill (800 watts) for about 10 minutes or in the oven (preheated at 200°C fan/convection oven) for 15 minutes.
