  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Spice(s) as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

The perfect start to the day

Dice the onions and sauté in olive oil. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Add the tomatoes to the onions and fry. Crack two eggs and stir in. Reduce the heat to low and let the scrambled eggs set briefly. Crack one egg, place it in the center, and fry. Season to taste and serve.
