Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- Margarine for frying
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper, white
- 2 pinch(s) paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and dice the onion. Heat the margarine in a pan, add the diced onions, and fry until golden brown. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt, pepper, paprika, and the milk. Add the eggs to the pan with the onions and stir until set. Serve on two plates.
