Toffifee Mousse

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g confectionery (Toffifee)
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 300 g cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes

Chop the Toffifee and melt it in a double boiler. Heat the milk, then add it and mix well with the melted Toffifee. Let everything cool for about 4 hours. Then whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold it into the Toffifee mixture.
