Wild garlic butter

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 25 g wild garlic, fresh or dried
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp walnuts, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the washed wild garlic leaves. Mix the wild garlic puree with the softened butter. Stir in the lime juice, salt, and ground walnuts. Tastes delicious during barbecue season or as a spread on bread.
