Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g sugar
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- 3 packs of flavoring, lemon sugar or grated zest of one lemon
- 200 g butter, soft
- 325 g flour
- some baking powder
- Cake icing, chocolate, ready-made or homemade
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
yields approx. 50-60 pieces depending on size
Make a dough from the ingredients. If the dough still sticks to your hands, add a little flour. Form the dough into logs about 1cm in diameter. Cut the logs into 7cm long pieces, flatten them slightly, and lightly press them 2-3 times with the back of a knife. Preheat oven to 200°C. Carefully place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Heat the glaze in a water bath and spread it over one half of each.
