Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tsp Stevia
- 150 g strawberries
- 125 g raspberries
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the quark with the spices and stevia. Heat the strawberries and raspberries in a pan. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, add the vanilla powder, and then set the pan aside to cool for a few minutes. Alternate the chai quark and the fresh compote in a glass.
