Without salt, suitable for baby led weaning (BLW)

No salt, suitable for baby food (BLW). Cook the croissants in plenty of boiling water with a little lovage until soft. In the meantime, peel and finely dice the onion. Cut the zucchini into very thin slices and heat a little oil in a pan. Sauté the onion in the pan, press in the garlic and add the zucchini, marjoram and pepper. Cover and sauté the vegetables for about 30 minutes. The onions should be translucent and the zucchini should be slightly crumbly. Drain the pasta and mix with the vegetables. This quantity is enough for 2 adults and 1 baby.
