Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 100 g apple, weighed with core and peel
- 200 g pear(s), weighed with core and peel
- 1 kiwi(s), yellow or green
- 100 g honeydew melon(s), weighed without peel
- 10 g hazelnuts, weighed without shell
- 10 g walnuts, weighed without shell
- 1 tbsp oat flakes, wholegrain
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the apple and pear and remove the cores. Then cut both into small pieces. Peel and slice the kiwi. Cut each in half again and place in a bowl with the apple and pear. Cut the honeydew melon into small pieces and add to the remaining fruit. Roughly chop the nuts, preferably with a sharp knife, and add them to the fruit. Finally, sprinkle the oats, lemon juice, and sugar over the salad and mix well. If you have any leftovers, the salad is still good the next day. The oats will be a bit softer.
