Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 50 g soft wheat semolina
- 225 ml milk, low-fat (1.5% fat)
- 10 g sugar or vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 20 g raisins or sultanas
- n. B. Liquid sweetener
- e.g. vanilla sauce or fruit compote

Bring the milk to a boil, remove the pan from the heat, and stir in the semolina until it thickens. In a bowl, combine the porridge with the egg, sugar, and sweetener, if desired. Let the mixture cool completely in the freezer for about half an hour, then stir in the raisins/sultanas. Heat a little butter in a medium-sized nonstick pan and cook the dough until bubbles form on the surface. Then divide it into four pieces with a spatula and turn it over. Cook for about another two minutes and then break it into small pieces. I like to serve the Schmarren with vanilla sauce; it rounds it off perfectly, but delicious fruit compote or powdered sugar would also be a good combination.
