Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 ml low-fat milk
  • 160 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • some sweetener (a few drops)
  • 2 large apples
  • 2 tsp margarine
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

apple slices caramelized in cinnamon sugar

Mix milk with flour, egg, and sweetener to form a smooth batter. Peel the apples, cut into eighths, and thinly slice them. Melt the margarine, fry the apple slices with cinnamon and sugar in the melted fat until the sugar caramelizes. Pour the batter over the apples and bake for about 10 minutes, turning frequently. Divide the apple pancakes into 4 pieces and serve.
