Mediterranean sheep cheese parcels

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of sheep’s cheese
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 large onions, red
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

low-carb

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the red onions into thin rings. Season both ingredients with a little rosemary and pepper (no salt). Dice the feta cheese. Now place the ingredients in a piece of aluminum foil (approx. A4), drizzle with a little olive oil and a sprig of rosemary, and seal it into a small package. Place the packages (I use two) in the oven and simmer for 30-40 minutes. The onions should be soft. You can serve this with a delicious baguette or herb baguette if you’re not looking for a low-carb option. Enjoy!
