Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
- 3 m.-large pointed peppers, red, cut into strips
- 100 g feta cheese, marinated in herb oil
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 2 sprigs curry plant
- 2 rosemary sprigs
- 1 tsp, heaped Thai curry paste, red
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
simple, quick and super tasty
In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in hot herb oil from the feta cheese. Pluck the herbs from the sprigs and add them finely chopped along with the bell pepper strips. Sauté on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Mix the curry paste into the vegetables, then stir in the feta cheese. Let stand for about 10 minutes, then serve.
