Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g cheese, grated, light, 30% fat
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp salad cream

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Thoroughly mix the cheese, eggs, and salad dressing. For small eggs, four eggs are needed. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 5 minutes. The base is ready when the mixture is firm. It should not brown. Then top with your desired toppings and return to the oven.
