Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g raspberries
- 250 g currants, red
- 500 g peach(s)
- 125 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 150 g carbonated mineral water
- 100 ml passion fruit juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the raspberries and set some aside. Wash the currants too. Wash the peaches, cut 100g into wedges, peel the rest and cut into pieces. Mix the raspberries, currants, 75g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, and the mineral water and puree. This works best with a hand blender. Divide the mixture among 6 glasses. Mix the peach pieces with the remaining sugar, vanilla sugar, and nectar and puree as well. Pour the puree onto the raspberry puree, but be careful not to mix anything. Put the reserved raspberries and the peach slices onto 6 plastic skewers, arrange them across the glasses, and serve the smoothie. It’s best to add a straw. Tip: If you use frozen fruit, the smoothie is not only healthy, but also wonderfully refreshing if used cold.
