  • 600 g watermelon(s)
  • 500 ml kefir, chilled

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

Cut the watermelon into large chunks and freeze overnight. The next day, blend it with the kefir in a high-performance blender until no chunks remain.
