- 600 g watermelon(s), frozen
- 500 ml kefir, well chilled
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 5 minutes
Cut the melon into large pieces and freeze, ideally overnight. The next day, place the frozen melon pieces and the kefir in a powerful blender and blend well. Pour into glasses and enjoy quickly.
