Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 2 dates
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp, heaped cinnamon
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup oatmeal
- ½ apple
- some walnuts

Heat the almond milk with finely chopped dates, almond butter, cinnamon, and chia seeds. Add the oats and stir while it simmers. Finely chop half the apple and add it. Chop the walnuts and add them. Top with a little more almond butter, if desired.
