Crispy Baked Oats in the Airfryer

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • some sunflower oil or rapeseed oil for the mold
  • 90 g oat flakes
  • 40 g yogurt, Skyr or vegan yogurt
  • 40 g milk or oat milk (oat drink)
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 1 handful of frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup, honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • some yogurt, skyr or vegan yogurt
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut butter or peanut butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Grease a small baking dish that also fits in the Airfryer with a little sunflower or rapeseed oil, if desired. Pour the oats into the dish. Add the yogurt, milk, walnuts crushed in your hand, blueberries, agave syrup, flaxseed meal, and chia seeds. Mix everything thoroughly with a spoon and bake in a preheated Airfryer at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes in the bake mode. When the time is up, remove the dish from the Airfryer and garnish the baked oats with cold yogurt and nut butter. This is a perfect, healthy, and delicious breakfast.
