Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 tbsp oat flakes
  • 150 ml plant-based drink (soy, oat, rice, almond, coconut, etc.)
  • 150 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
  • 1 apple, sour
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 5 almonds
  • 5 halved walnuts
  • 20 g raisins
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed, crushed

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes

Mix the oatmeal with the plant-based milk and soy yogurt, cover, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, grate the apple. Cut the pear into small pieces and chop the nuts. Mix all ingredients with the soaked oatmeal. Stir in the raisins, flaxseed, and agave syrup. If necessary, let it sit in the refrigerator for a few more minutes.
