Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 50 g wheat germ
  • 70 g flaxseed, crushed
  • 70 g ground almonds
  • 5 m.-large egg whites
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • e.g. sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

with wheat germ, linseed and almonds

Mix all ingredients until a smooth batter forms. Then spread the batter evenly in a loaf pan lined with baking paper and sprinkle with sunflower seeds, if desired. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 45 minutes.
