Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp, heaped cream cheese 0.2% fat
  • ½ tsp baking powder (low-carb baking powder)
  • ¼ tsp bread spice mix
  • 4 g sepia ink
  • 1 tsp, heaped herbs
  • 1 pinch of salt

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

a rustic variation of the classic low-carb cloudbread

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites. As soon as they become foamy, add a pinch of salt. In another bowl, combine the egg yolks, cream cheese, baking powder, and bread spice mix, then add the cuttlefish ink. Gently mix this mixture with the egg whites. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, form 6 equal-sized “blobs” of dough. Sprinkle the herbs over the bread. Bake the blobs at 150°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 25-30 minutes. Each 6 rolls contains 60 kcal.
