Fruity feta salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g salad, e.g. green salad, salad mix, iceberg lettuce
  • 1 apple, e.g. Golden Delicious
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 4 tbsp almonds or other nuts
  • 3 tsp honey
  • Salt
  • olive oil
  • White balsamic vinegar

Green salad with feta, apple and nuts – simple, quick and mmmhhh

Wash the lettuce, cut it up if necessary, and place it in a bowl. Wash the apple, core it, and chop it finely, then add it to the salad with the skin on. Chop the feta cheese and add it. If desired, the almonds can also be chopped or chopped a little smaller before adding them to the salad. Now drizzle the honey over the salad, season with salt, and marinate with olive oil and white balsamic vinegar. Stir well. Done. All instructions are approximate and subject to change.
