Chocolate pudding with chocolate cornflakes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 100 g dark chocolate, vegan
  • 6 tbsp cornflakes (chocolate flavor), vegan
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Gently heat the milk in a saucepan and melt the chocolate. Stir in the cornstarch and cocoa powder and bring to a boil while stirring. Let cool. Then mix in the cornflakes and divide between two bowls. Serve immediately.
